Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

(1) These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all contracts concluded between RidePanel (hereinafter "Seller") and the customer (hereinafter "Buyer") through the online shop at ridepanel.com.

(2) The version valid at the time of contract conclusion shall apply.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order.

(2) By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you place a binding order for the items in the shopping cart.

(3) The contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the order by sending a confirmation email or by delivering the goods.

§ 4 Prices and Payment

(1) All prices stated are final prices and include the statutory value added tax. Additional delivery and shipping costs are indicated separately.

(2) We offer the following payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Bank Transfer (prepayment).

§ 5 Delivery

(1) As each RidePanel is individually handcrafted, the production time is approximately 2-4 weeks after receipt of payment.

(2) Delivery within Germany is by insured DHL parcel. Delivery time is an additional 2-3 business days.

(3) EU-wide shipping is available. Shipping costs are displayed during the order process.

§ 6 Warranty

(1) The statutory warranty rights apply (2 years from delivery).

(2) We additionally provide a voluntary manufacturer warranty of 2 years on all RidePanel products, covering material and workmanship defects.

§ 7 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our Cancellation Policy.

§ 8 Software License

(1) With the purchase of a RidePanel, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the included software.

(2) The software may only be used in connection with an original RidePanel.

§ 9 Applicable Law

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

(2) If any provision of these GTC is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain effective.
